What RTI Scheduler actually is
RTI Scheduler is an education software platform designed to manage Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) programs. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, printed rosters, and email chains, schools use a single system to place students into the right intervention or enrichment sessions, track attendance, and document what happened over time.
The problem it solves
Intervention blocks — often called WIN Time, Flex, Power Hour, or Success Period — are some of the hardest parts of a school day to schedule. Groups change every few weeks based on assessment data. Some students need reading support while others need enrichment or a make-up assessment. RTI Scheduler was built specifically for this problem.
