Guides

RTI Scheduler login & access.

Step-by-step guides for teachers, administrators, students, and parents.

Teachers & Administrators

  1. 1

Go to your school's RTI Scheduler portal. Your school or district will provide the specific URL (often yourschool.rtischeduler.com), or you can access it through your district's Single Sign-On (SSO) portal.

  2. 2

Enter your school-issued credentials. Use the email address and password provided by your school's administrator. First-time users should look in their school email for an invitation or setup link.

  3. 3

Select your role — Teacher, Administrator, or Intervention Specialist. Your role determines which tools and dashboards you see.

  4. 4

Access your dashboard. After logging in you'll see today's sessions, your student groups, attendance tools, and any tasks or notifications.

Forgot your password? Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your school email. If the reset email doesn't arrive, contact your school's IT department or RTI Scheduler administrator.

Students

  1. 1

Visit the student portal link provided by your school. This is often shared by your teacher or available on your school's website.

  2. 2

Enter your student credentials — your school-issued student ID or username and your assigned password.

  3. 3

View your schedule. You can see upcoming intervention or enrichment sessions and check attendance records. If self-enrollment is enabled, you can browse and sign up for open sessions.

Parents

  1. 1

Use the parent portal link from your child's school — you received it during enrolment or at the start of the school year.

  2. 2

Enter your parent account credentials (these are separate from student login details and are created by the school administrator).

  3. 3

View your child's RTI schedule and progress — session enrolments, attendance records, and notes from teachers.
